Portable Lathe Stand

Have you tried to find a stable and yet portable solution?
I tried, beautifully turned wooden legs - that failed. Then a gate-leg table design and that failed too ........

This was my 3rd attempt - and it works.

All steel tube construction with nut & bolted aluminium hinge plates

Tailstock end. Wheels, only for use when it is folded
